Ingredients: 1 cup rice
½ cup raisins
1 tsp salt
4 cups boiling water
Directions: Add salt and rice to boiling water. When rice is nearly done fold in the raisins. Pour into individual molds or one large mold. Cool. When ready to serve, unmold. Can be eaten as a side dish or added to the soup. This, together with the dumplings, meatballs and broth, makes a delicious Danish Banquet Soup.
